1 When will the Executive MindXchange be held?
The Executive MindXchange will be held from March 24 – 25, 2010.
2 Where will the Executive MindXchange be held?
The Executive MindXchange will be held in Resorts World Convention Centre, Singapore.
3 How do I register?

4 When should I pay?
All payments due must be received prior to the Executive MindXchange day. Registration must be confirmed before the summit begins.
5 How do I make the payment?
We accept registration fees by either one of the following two payment methods:
By Cheque, made payable to ‘Frost & Sullivan (S) Pte Ltd’
or
By Telegraphic Transfer (TT), into the following Account:

6 Are there any discounts?
Yes, early bird and group discounts are available to the qualifying delegates. Please download the e-Brochure on this website for more details.

7 What happens if I need to cancel?
Frost & Sullivan does not provide refunds for cancellations. However, in the event you are unable to attend the Executive MindXchange, a delegate transfer is possible at no additional charge. However, if you are transferring your delegate pass, you must inform us 2 working days prior to the summit with the full details of the individual.
8 What is the Dress Code?
The dress code for the Executive MindXchange is Business Casual.
9 When will I receive my Delegate Pass?
An email confirming your participation will be sent to you immediately once the payment is received. Delegate passes will be issued on-site at the reception desk on the day of the Executive MindXchange.
10 Are meals included as a part of the registration fees?
Refreshments will be served at regular intervals throughout the Executive MindXchange. The Registration Fees also includes a buffet Lunch.
In case you have any special dietary requirements, please let us know in advance. Breakfast and Dinner on Executive MindXchange days are not included unless otherwise stated in the registration package.
11 How do I make Guest Room Reservations at the Event Venue?
Frost & Sullivan will help to pre-book limited guest rooms at the Event Venue at a special discounted rate. Details will be published on this website once the event venue is confirmed. However, such reservations are always subject to availability.
12 How do I access presentation slides from the Executive MindXchange?
The presentation slides from the Executive MindXchange will be available 2 weeks after the Executive MindXchange. The slides will be given in a CD format at a nominal cost.
